Hi everyone,
What a great new site for all of us to play with!
Seventh novel/story in the Argeneau series. This series can be read out of order without losing anything more than who’s who (which is also somewhat explained by the very helpful genealogy chart in the front of the newer books).
This one is hilarious. I don’t want to give the plot away, but I will say that no one does vampire humor like Lynsay Sands.
My rating: 4/5
Vampires have returned intent on fulfilling a prophecy, or so our heroine writes in her first published besteller. Imagine her surprise when fiction turns out to be reality.

Kitty Goes to Washington by Carrie Vaughn
This series is turning out to be so much better than I'd hoped--what a great book!
Vincent is a young man in the 1700s when he is turned into a vampire. His sire is one of the ancients, originating in Egypt and she quickly becomes obsessed with Vincent. After he flees Epatha and her dangerous fascination with him, she swears vengeance, destroying everyone, especially women who Vincent grows attached to.
I am hoping to get real reviews written of these for my website's update this month which is why I'm not blogging at the challenge yet. I'll add the final reviews. And if I don't get the final reviews done, I'll post entries over there for each full length book.
This book is book one in a three part series. It is written by the wonderful Patrice Michelle, and was one of the first Nocturnes of the new year
