This is JG’s newest book, it is a return to her historical roots.  I had read a couple of reviews of this book prior to opening it and was a bit hesitant to read it.  I should not have worried, no this is not JG’s best historical novel – for that I would recommend The Secret or Ransom, but it is a pretty-good nov

Another great story by Diane Gaston.  This story is about a Marquess helping a woman run away from the law.  A hangman's noose awaits them both if they are caught. 

Great page turner.
